Orders placed after 3:00PM MST on the Requested Shipment Day will be shipped the following shipping day (Monday and Tuesday).

We willship for Saturday deliveries, if requested.

Once a tracking number has been generated, we are unable to cancel your order.

FRESH GUARANTEE
FRESH GUARANTEE All Nationwide Shipments are sent using overnight or two-day service in a cooler-bag with an ice pack to ensure the products’ quality and freshness during transit. The ice pack helps the macarons stay cold during transit and may be thawed by the time you receive your package. PLEASE NOTE that thawed ice packs are okay and in no way indicate a lack of freshness!

BUTTERKRĒM macarons are shipped in specially-designed packaging that ensures quality and freshness. Despite this, because of macarons’ natural fragility, some cracking or breakage of the macarons may occur during transport. This will not affect the taste or quality of our products.If refrigerated, all macarons will keep fresh up to 5 days after pick up or delivery.
